About the Programme

If you’re a European Pharmacist based in the United Kingdom with a GPHC registration, completion of your IELTS English exam and less than 12 months UK Pharmacist experience we want to support you in kickstarting your career!

To support you in making the transition into UK Pharmacy we have developed a programme which aims to enhance your skills and will enable you to be a first-class Pharmacist with LloydsPharmacy. The programme is:

  • Fully funded by LloydsPharmacy
  • For 4-weeks with the support of one of our experienced Pharmacist’s or Pharmacist Managers to equip you with all knowledge and skills to work in one of our LloydsPharmacy branches
  • Offering a starting salary upwards of £39,520 (based on 40 hours per week)

As well as the training and development you need to deliver first class health outcomes to our patients, we can also help you with financial support for your move.

Why LloydsPharmacy?

  • 36 days Holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Market leading maternity, paternity and adoption leave
  • Full support from our employee assistance programme including a health and wellbeing app

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to share their expertise, inspire their team and drive a continuous learning culture to constantly improve your pharmacy and put our customers first. You must have an MPharm degree or equivalent and be registered with the GPhC by your start date. You will also be comfortable providing services to patients, including vaccinations.

Regardless of your circumstances, we have a number of options to support you in your move to LloydsPharmacy whether that’s support for overseas pharmacists, relocation, our European Pharmacist Programme or the opportunity to gain your independent prescriber qualification (dependent on location and requirements).
