Pharmacist Branch Manager – Guisborough.
Pharmacist Manager - £26 per hour + Welcome to Well bonus (£5k net) & relocation support (upto £8k)
Location: Westgate, Guisborough
Opening Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am – 1pm
Hours: Flexibility can be offered, currently 34 hours over 4 days plus alternate Saturdays but would consider an increase to 5 days with a contract of 42.5 hours per week plus alternate Saturdays, if desired.

Guisborough is a historic market town which lies north of the North York Moors National Park. The beautiful seaside town of Saltburn is only 5 miles away.
This is a busy community pharmacy, which delivers on average 13k items per month. The pharmacy is located on a busy high street and has two GP Surgeries within a 0.5-mile radius, market share from both these surgeries equates to around 60%.
The pharmacy has a varied skill base which is made up of ten colleagues including an ACT, PT and PA’s, with a range of contract sizes from 16 hours to 37.5 hours per week. The team within this branch are highly motivated individuals with a great work ethic, who are keen on delivering company initiatives and driving performance through KPI’s.
As well as dispensing day to day items, the pharmacy also dispenses, MDS trays, substance misuse and services 5 local care homes, as well as delivering a range of NHS and private services. It also offers a large sales area and a generous premium fragrance selection.
You will be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and have management experience. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
