Pharmacist Manager - £25 per hour

Location:  Well Shaw - High Street, Oldham OL2 8RQ

Opening Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday (No Saturday Opening)

Hours: Currently 45 hours per week over 5 days

Are you looking to lead a team to make a difference in patient care within a local community?

Our well Pharmacy has a fantastic opportunity for you to come and make a difference.

This is a busy high street and community pharmacy, which delivers on average 9k items per month. The pharmacy is located near to 3 main surgeries called the village , which has a patient base of 18,000, issuing on average 85,000 items per month.

The pharmacy has a varied skill base which is made up of 4 colleagues, 3 PA’s and a trainee with a range of contract sizes from 24 hours to 30 hours per week. The team within this branch are highly motivated individuals with a great work ethic, who are keen on delivering company initiatives and driving performance through KPI’s.

As well as dispensing day to day items, the pharmacy also dispenses, MDS trays, support instalment patients and, as well as delivering a range of NHS and private services.

You will be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and have management experience of a high volume store . You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
