Pharmacist Branch Manager – Burnley.

Pharmacist Manager - £25 per hour

Location: 4 Browhead road Burnley

Opening Hours: 8.30am – 6:30 pm Monday to Friday (No Saturday Opening)

Hours: 40 hours per week over 4 days, but flexible on contract

Our Burnley Pharmacy has a fantastic opportunity for you to come and make a difference.

This is a busy community pharmacy, which delivers on average 9.5k items per month. The pharmacy is located next door to the surgery in Burnley, which has a patient base of around 7,500 patients issuing on average 13,500 items per month.

The pharmacy has a varied skill base of colleagues including an ACT trainee and PA’s, with contracts ranging from 30-39 hours/week. The team is a fairly new and they are bonding and working well together. The manager is the last piece of the jigsaw to fill.

As well as dispensing day to day items, the pharmacy also dispenses MDS trays, support instalment patients and service local care homes, as well as delivering a range of NHS and private services.

You will be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.  Management experience desired but not essential
