Pharmacist Manager – Biddulph - High Street

Are you looking for a store that delivers excellent patient care?

Pharmacist Manager - £25 per hour + £5K Welcome to Well Bonus

Location: 62 High Street, Biddulph, Stoke-on-Trent ST8 6AS

Hours: 36 to 46.5 hours per week

You can make a real difference at our fantastic Biddulph High Street community pharmacy. It is based in Biddulph, on the outskirts of Stoke-on-Trent and nestled in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside. The area also has good transport links to Macclesfield.

This is a busy community pharmacy, delivering around 2,400 items per week and administering around 1000 flu vaccinations each year. 

The team in this pharmacy is made up of one full-time and four part-time Pharmacy Assistants. There is currently a vacancy for one full-time Accuracy Checking Technician. The team are all exceptionally hard-working individuals with an excellent work ethic and attention to detail.

You will be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager, headed by a Regional Operations Manager. Your AOM will support you through structured store visits. This can be led by you, as the Pharmacy Manager, supporting you with what matters to you most. Your AOM will also support you in delivering company initiatives and KPI’s.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
