Hillview Pharmacy is a family owned independent and progressive health centre pharmacy serving the needs of the local Redditch community for the last 35 years. We offer a wide range of services to our customers in a friendly and professional environment, and have a strong reputation for excellent personal customer service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and knowledgeable Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a busy pharmacy offering a range of services, and will have the passion, ability and initiative to enhance the customer experience.

Main duties will involve;

  • Delivering essential pharmacy services
  • Delivering additional pharmacy services such as NMS, PGD’s (private and NHS)
  • Maintain and develop strong links with GPs
  • Ensure pharmacy is compliant with GPhC Regulations
  • Stock control
  • Day to day management of pharmacy team including conducting appraisals

Essential skills;

  • NMS accreditation
  • PGD accreditation for West Midlands tier 1 and 2
  • CPCS accredited 
  • Confident, positive and motivational leader, who leads by example and inspires and empowers staff to do well
  • Sound ability to balance and prioritise your own work and staff

Desirable skills;

  • Previous pharmacy managerial experience preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to keep staff motivated, maintain and improve standards to provide a quality pharmacy service

Key Information;

  • Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00. Closed for lunch between 13:00 – 14:00. (40 hours per week)
