Pharmacist Manager – Well Sunderland, Dundas Street
Are you looking for a pharmacy that delivers excellent patient care?
£25 per hour + £5K Welcome to Well Bonus
Location: Well Sunderland, 79-80 Dundas Street, Sunderland, Tyne & Wear SR6 0BB
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday
We are looking for a Pharmacist Manager to make a real difference at our Sunderland pharmacy. The pharmacy has good transport links as it is a short walk from a bus depot and metro station.
This community pharmacy delivers around 10,000 items per month, and its services include NMS, 111 Referrals, Blood Pressure Screening, Smoking Cessation, MDS, Flu, Pneumonia and APBM screening.
The store completes a high volume of MDS tray patients with a dedicated second floor for this.
The team is made up of an ACT, two Pharmacy Technicians and two Pharmacy Assistants. They are all exceptionally hard-working individuals with an excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
You will be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager, headed by a Regional Operations Manager. Your AOM will support you through structured store visits. Your AOM will also support you in delivering company initiatives and KPI’s.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
