Excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in our 100hr Bristol Southmead pharmacy. This is a busy dispensary and service driven pharmacy, it is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue their Pharmacist career. The team here is very experienced and has an excellent Assistant Manager overseeing the day to day running of the pharmacy.
We are looking for someone to join the team across a varied shift pattern 40hrs Monday- Friday 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm. We can also consider someone looking for 4 days a week.
We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication and engagement skills, people management and someone who has experience managing a busy dispensary.

- Overall management and responsibility of the branch including dispensing, checking and providing clinical services.
- Ensuring every member of the team has strong relationships with patients, GP Surgeries and health care professionals.
- Lead the management of a professional and productive team.
- Delivery of company targets, staff management and patient safety.
- Deliver and demonstrate the Day Lewis working core values.
