Job Details
If you are a Pharmacist located in Inverness or surrounding areas, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for!
We are looking for a Relief Pharmacist to join our lovely store teams working across our Inverness stores, we have listed them below for you to view;
Eastgate Shopping Centre, Inverness Retail Park and Southside Road.
We would welcome both part time and full time candidates.
These stores have great personality & a little bit of everything! From a large shopping centre with it’s dedicated Care Services dispensary, to a busy retail park which specialises in NHS and private services such as Winter Well and Travel vaccinations to the local pharmacy on Southside Road.
Now let's talk about the area itself... Inverness is the largest city and the cultural capital of the Scottish Highlands. It boasts its own airport with daily routes to other UK airports and Europe. It's just 40 minutes on the train to Scotland top ski resort, Aviemore or in the summer, just a twenty minute drive to explore the Beauly Firth therefore very accessible.
If you would like a no strings chat to find out more about this opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
**Base Pharmacist role also available **
Company
Boots is the UK’s leading pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer. With over 2,500* stores in the UK, ranging from local community pharmacies to large destination health and beauty stores, our purpose is to help our customers look and feel better than they ever thought possible.
From our local pharmacies to our largest flagship stores, from care homes through to hospital services, we aim to give a great pharmacy experience.
Working with the NHS
As a community pharmacy, we are a key partner to the NHS. We work closely to agree new ways for pharmacists to provide community healthcare, and design new services which meet the specific needs of the communities in which we work.
Many of our pharmacy teams work with primary care organisations, meeting local healthcare needs, and with our national voice we are helping to shape Government thinking about our nation's health.
Expanding the role of pharmacy
We are committed to extending the role of pharmacy professionals as a primary health provider, in line with Government priorities. Our team of pharmacists and pharmacy support colleagues are passionate about providing expert advice and healthcare services and we pride ourselves in having great teams to deliver all our customers' healthcare needs. These professionals are at the very heart of our business. Examples of these pharmacy services are our Travel Vaccination Service, Winter Flu Vaccination Service, Smokeless Service and Diabetes Risk Assessment Service.
