Pharmacist Manager

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic GPHC registered Pharmacist Manager in the Wembley area.The Pharmacy is a part of a small independent group. You will be managing this extremely well established, health centre Pharmacy in Wembley, where you will be expected to maintain the solid relationships with several onsite surgeries.

Full time Pharmacist position working ideally 50 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9am-7pm. No weekends.

The Pharmacy Manager will be empowered to treat this as their own business where you will be allowed lots of autonomy to implement all your own ideas. A main objective of this role is to engage the staff team by offering guidance and instruction so they all know exactly what they should be doing, to ensure the Pharmacy operates at maximum efficiency.

The Pharmacist should be hardworking, highly motivated, dynamic with a 'can do' attitude and above all passionate about making a difference.

Also being able to provide a service that is second to none.

Must be presentable, confident, reliable, honest and have the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with patients and customers.

Must be patient focused with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service and willing to carry out services such as NMS and flu vaccinations.

You will be required to show leadership to the team, encourage learning and development within it.

Being able to coordinate, organise tasks and manage staff.
