Pharmacist

An exciting opportunity working in a small team to develop an independent pharmacy in the idyllic town of Lewes in Sussex. The pharmacist will manage the dispensary alongside highly qualified staff and build on the history of this pharmacy to develop services and provide excellent customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and performance related bonuses.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the pharmacy owner directly, the pharmacist will be expected to maximise income from prescriptions and services at the same time as ensuring patient safety and adhering to regulations.

• Managing the dispensary team
• Improving OTC income through engagement with customers
• Encouraging online reviews of the pharmacy

Qualifications

• Qualified and GPhC registered
• Excellent communication skills are essential for the role
• IT skills including the use of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of social media is desirable
