Overview of the role
We are looking for a Pharmacist Manager to lead the Pharmacy team and to make a real difference at our pharmacy based in Crossgate, Fife.
The Pharmacy: Great store with a lot of potential. next to the GP surgery, good relationship with them. Amazing team in branch. Good footfall. Great potential to grow. Only pharmacy in Crossgates. Patients from Crossgates use this pharmacy primarily. Patients also from Dunfermline travel here.
Services Provided - Substance misuse, needle exchange, MDS, flu
Facilities such as staff room, car park, access to public transport - parking outside store, public transport, near the Dual carriage way
Trading hours - Mon-fri 8:30-6, Sat 9-12:30. Closed 1-2 for lunch
Number of care home and beds - 0
Number of community blisters - 20
Number of substance misuse patients - 5
Relationship with surgery - good with the one attached.
Does it have a separate MDS room? No

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
You'll be focused on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
