Pharmacist Manager

Overview of the role

We are looking for a Pharmacist Manager to lead the Pharmacy team and to make a real difference at our pharmacy based in Cudworth.

The Pharmacy:

Located on busy a high street with lots of local shops and another Well pharmacy close by.

Services Provided - NMS, BP, ABPM, Lateral flow tests, Pharmacy first, Flu vaccines

Items - 3,500 per week.

What is the patient base like? Varied patient based of age and demographic

Facilities such as staff room, car park, access to public transport? Staff room, car park, just off the high street near bus routes

Trading hours - 8.30-6.30pm, Monday - Friday

Number of care home and beds? 1 x care home all Original pack, monthly, 31 beds

Number of community blisters? 6 patients majority of MDS patients are at our other local branch

Number of substance misuse patients? 8 mix of weekly and daily. 4 of these are supervised

Relationship with surgery? Great relationship with surgery.

Does it have a separate MDS room? No

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be focused on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.

You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
