Job Title: Pharmacist Manager
Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire NN10 9TR
Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm – No weekend work required.

Your new role with Avicenna:
As a key member of our healthcare delivery team, you'll be empowered to apply your clinical expertise and knowledge, you are responsible for leading all aspect of clinical, colleague, commercial and governance processes in your store, in addition to this all your responsibilities will fit into each of these categories, aligning to the Avicenna way.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Carry out patient services offering a personalised care that goes beyond the traditional pharmacist role.
- Respect confidentiality of information concerning customers and staff in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- Ensure all prescriptions are fully and accurately endorsed.
- Maintain Excellence in professional standards.
- Professional Growth staying at the forefront of pharmacy practice, engaging in continuous learning, and embracing innovations that enhance patient care.
- Act as a community health advocate supporting public heath initiatives and improve patients’ accessibility.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
