Overview of the role
Our Well Talbot Pharmacy has a fantastic opportunity for you to come and make a difference.
The Pharmacy:
Situated in a town and community in the county borough of Neath Port Talbot, Wales, Well Port Talbot, Victoria Road is on the east side of Swansea Bay, approximately eight miles (thirteen kilometres) from Swansea.
It is a bustling community pharmacy that dispenses 1,300 items a week, and with working no working weekends this is an offer you can't refuse! Services provided include Cas, flu, ehc, needle exchange and more.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

Package Description
42.5 hours over 5 weekdays (other contracts also available)
On top of your salary, we also offer:
- Earn up to 15% of your annual salary, based on performance & delivery

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
