Overview of the role

We are looking for a Pharmacist to make a real difference at our pharmacy based in Sheffield.

The Pharmacy: The branch is attached to a surgery Pretty village, good community, good relationship with the surgery and potential to grow and an established team . The branch opening are 9-6 Monday- Friday with no weekends.

Facilities such as staff room, car park, access to public transport - Car park for the pharmacy and surgery also street parking available. Close to a bus stop

Trading hours - 9am-6pm Monday - Friday

Number of care home and beds - Zero

Number of community blisters - 40

Number of substance misuse patients - 1

Relationship with surgery? Very good

Does it have a separate MDS room? No put it has a separate space within the pharmacy

The Team: 3 qualified dispensers all part time. Team Leader also qualified dispenser FT. No trainees

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focused on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
