Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Crossgate, Fife.

This community pharmacy is located next to a GP surgery and has a good relationship with the team there. There is a lot of potential for this pharmacy to grow due to good footfall and a strong pharmacy team.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It provides a wide range of services including substance misuse, needle exchange, MDS and flu,
• It provides a substance misuse service to five patients,
• It dispenses 20 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and is closed for lunch between 1pm and 2pm. It is open 9am to 12:30 pm on Saturdays. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of three Pharmacy Assistants.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.

You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

Package Description

On top of your salary:

• We support all of our Pharmacists through the Independent Prescribing (IP) Qualification,

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.
