You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role
We are looking for a Pharmacist Manager to lead the Pharmacy team and to make a real difference at our branch in Hanford.
The succesful candidate will be expected to work 36 hours per week (4 days a week + every other Saturday)
The Pharmacy: The branch is a 10 minute drive from the centre of Stoke. No direct competitors in Hanford, closest being in Trentham. The doctors surgery is on the same road as well as care homes.
Services Provided: Pharmacy First, NMS, Flu, Hypertension, Supervised Consumption.
Item Numbers: 5600 (roughly 1400 per week)
What is the patient base like? Close-knit community, one pharmacy in Hanford, with closest being Trentham.
Why should a candidate work in this Pharmacy? Great opportunity to drive this pharmacy forward, would be good for somebody just starting out in management but with a few years pharmacist experience.
Pharmacists applying for this role will be required to work every other Saturday.
The Team: 2 NVQ3, 1 NVQ2 in training, 1 zero hour student.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
