Pharmacist
HMP Hollesley Bay, Woodbrige, Norfolk.
£53,025 per annum - depending on experience
37.5 hours across 5 days
Monday to Friday 8.15am-4.15am
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Hollesley Bay. HMP Hollesley Bay is a category D Prison located in Woodbrige, Norfolk. Housing around 460 patients who are working towards release. Within this role you will be patient facing, working with a small pharmacy team onsite. As well as dispending you will be supporting with medicine reviews and clinical screening.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
As the Clinical Pharmacist your responsibilities will vary. You will:
- Ensure the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality prison pharmaceutical service
- Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensuring a safe and modern medicines management services

Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Pharmacist - holding registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Vocational Master’s Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training
- Relevant post qualification
- Although not essential, this would ideally suit an applicant with at least 1 years experience in a hospital setting.
