You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our Church View Pharmacy in Nantwich.
This community pharmacy is commutable from Crewe, Chester, Stoke & surrounding areas and has a good relationship with the GP surgery it is attached to.
The branch also benefits from having another Well Pharmacy branch based locally.
How our pharmacy makes a difference:
- It dispenses 3500 items a week
- It provides a wide range of services including Flu/Covid/NMS/Contraception/Pharmacy First/BP/ABPM/SCS
The dynamic team in this pharmacy is comprised of 5 dispensers and a technician.
The branch is open 8am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
The succesfull candidate would be expected to work 4 days a week + 1 in 2 saturdays (half day, 9-1) at a neighbouring Well Pharmacy branch.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
