You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Our Crownhill Pharmacy has a fantastic opportunity for you to come and make a difference.
The Pharmacy:
Our Well Pharmacy is located in Plymouth, to the Southwest of the UK. Given it’s location, this role would be perfect for those who excel with coastal life and nature; Bladder Meadow and multiple other beauty spots just a stone’s throw away.
The bustling community pharmacy dispenses approximately 3,000 items a week, with a strong team of 7 qualified and trainee pharmacy assistants including 2 ACT and a technician. It offers all NHS services to a varied demographic of healthcare patients, locals and residents alike. It is the perfect location to advance your management career and presents and excellent work/life balance as it is not open on weekends.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
