You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Palace Avenue in Paignton, Devon.
This community pharmacy is located on the high street of a beautiful holiday town in a historical 1800's building. It is well connected with free parking outside the pharmacy, plenty of public transport and only a short walk to the beach. It also has a great relationship with the local GP surgery.
How our pharmacy makes a difference:
- It dispenses 7000 - 8000 items a month,
- It provides a wide range of services including BP, Pharmacy First, Minor illness, and urgent supply.
- It provides services to 15 daily and 32 weekly substance misuse patients.
- It dispenses 16 community blisters.
This pharmacy is open 9am until 5:30pm, Monday - Friday, and 9am until 1pm, Saturday.
The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of a Team Leader, and x2 Pharmacy Assistants.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
