2. Access to the Website and content
2.1 The information provided by us on the Website is not in any way an invitation or recommendation to buy any products or services featured and you should seek appropriate independent advice.
2.2 We are continually improving our goods and services, so specifications or designs may change at any time. We shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to keep the Website up to date but information and specifications given are for your information only and are subject to change without notice.
2.3 We try to ensure that pictures of the goods on the Website are as accurate as possible, but there are technical limitations and slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and the goods themselves must be expected.

4. Exclusions of liability

5. Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 (“the Regulations”)
Work-seekers and recruiters need to be aware that this job board operates as a venue only. The job board does not introduce or supply work-seekers to recruiters (or vice-versa). It does not ensure that work seekers are properly qualified for roles or that they have the appropriate levels of experience, training, qualifications etc for the roles recruiters post on this job board.
Recruiters are wholly responsible for checking the identity and suitability of the work-seeker and the work-seeker the identity and suitability of the recruiter/role.
Where relevant, recruiters are responsible for obtaining copies of the relevant qualifications or authorisation, references and criminal records bureau checks of the work-seeker.
Any searching or screening tools provided by this job board for use in the assessment of the suitability or otherwise of any particular work-seeker or advertised role are to assist in taking these steps, but are not intended as a substitute.
6. User name and password
6.1 On registering with us, you are issued with a user name and password which must be used in order to access certain restricted parts of the Website. The user name and password are personal to you and are not transferable.
6.2 Your name and password are the methods used by us to identify you and so are very important. Terms and Conditions of Sale
12. Formation of agreement
12.1 An agreement for us to sell you goods is made on the basis of these terms and conditions when we accept your order for goods by confirming receipt of your payment for the goods or you download goods from the Website, whichever is earlier. (This agreement between us is referred to in these terms and conditions as "this agreement".)
12.2 The description of the goods, price, currency, VAT, insurance and delivery costs are set out in the order page.
13. Orders
13.1 Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based in a country to which we are currently able to sell and your credit or account card is authorised for the transaction.
13.2 The price quoted on the Website is the price that you will have to pay for the goods.
14. Acceptance of your order
We will confirm receipt of your order when we confirm receipt of your payment by e-mail.
15. Payment
We shall charge your account for payment when we receive your order.
16. Delivery Dates
Unless we specify otherwise, we will endeavour to deliver hard copy products within 14 days. However, all delivery dates are given only for general guidance and we will not be held liable in any way for late delivery of goods.
17. Method/Failed Delivery
We shall attempt to deliver physical goods to the address you specify for delivery, or if none, to the credit card address you supply. It is important that these addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.
18. Scope of advertisements
The content of the Website is directed solely at those who access the site from the United Kingdom. We make no representation or warranty that any goods referred to in the Website are available or are otherwise suitable for use outside the United Kingdom.
19. Ownership
19.1 You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment for them in full. Until that time we will retain title to the goods.
19.2 Goods supplied are not for resale.
20. Exchange or refund
We will be happy to exchange or refund any physical goods with which you are not completely satisfied. Simply return the goods to us unused, within 7 working days, with the dispatch note. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. This right to exchange and refund does not apply to goods you have downloaded from the Website.
21. Liability
21.1 If you have a valid claim in respect of any of the goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to meet specification in accordance with this agreement, we shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the faulty part in question) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price).
21.2 We will take all reasonable care to keep your order secure, but in the absence of our negligence we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data (including credit and account details) you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website. It is up to you to keep your username and password secret.
21.3 We shall not be liable to you in connection with this agreement in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss of profit, anticipated savings or data (in each case whether direct or indirect) or any indirect loss.
21.4 Our aggregate liability to you in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the value of the goods ordered by you.
21.5 Notwithstanding anything else in these terms and conditions, we accept unlimited liability in respect of death, personal injury or damage to property caused by our negligence.
22. Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer (if applicable).
23. Matters outside our control
We shall not be liable to you or in breach of this agreement for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
24. E-mail, user name and password
24.1 E-mails to you shall be to the address you specify to us. It is important that you give us an accurate and valid e-mail address and tell us of any changes to it.
24.2 If you are issued with a user name and password before you can order goods from us, these will be personal to you and are not transferable. You will be responsible for any payments due for goods ordered through the Website by anyone using your user name and password.
25. General
25.1 If we fail to enforce a right under this agreement, that failure will not prevent us from enforcing other rights, or the same type of right on a later occasion.
25.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.

27. Governing law
27.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
27.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which both parties submit.
28. Job advertising Website rules
28.1 You agree that we may, at our discretion and without liability to you, remove from this Website any advertisement which is posted in breach of the following rules governing the content and format of advertisements. The rules may change from time to time and you are advised to refer to them regularly.
28.2 You may not duplicate jobs to the detriment of other clients' jobs.
28.3 You may not make excessive use of keywords in job descriptions or job titles. That includes deliberately inserting words, strings of words, or repeating job titles, with the intention of influencing position in the results listing, or increasing the number of page views.
28.4 Job advertisements placed on this Website must be for genuine vacancies only, and not for other products or services, either relating to or unrelated to recruitment including, but not limited to, affiliate schemes, pyramid selling schemes or any other so called 'business opportunity'.
28.5 URLs, phone numbers or email links (live or text only) are not permitted in the body copy of the job description page. All contact details must be positioned behind an ‘apply now’ button, so that responses can be accurately tracked. Note, only one method of response is available from the ‘apply now’ function.
28.6 Each job advertisement must be for one job type only. Multiple job types must have their own separate job advertisement. The only exception is where there is more than one position available for that job type.
28.7 Where possible a job should be listed for the town that will be the primary place of work for that specific job. You are not permitted to listing multiple locations in order to influence listing results.
29. Content and links
29.1 If your advertisement links to another site via our external apply online option, you are responsible for maintaining the links and for the content of your advertisement and the linked site.
29.2 You will indemnify us from and against any claims or liability arising from content or links contained in your advertisements.
30. Third party sites
Vacancies you post on this Website may also appear on third party recruitment web sites pursuant to agreements from time to time between us and the proprietors of such web sites.
31. Use of the database
31.1 The material you are entitled to receive from the candidate database is determined by the product you have purchased from us. On receipt of this material you may:
i. Use, search or download it to your database using the Candidate Search back office interface and its associated functions for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for specific job vacancies that you wish or (if you are an employment agency or employment business) your client wishes to fill.
ii. Use the information about the individuals contained in the database for the purpose of contacting them (either directly or through this Website depending on the product you have purchased) in relation to a specific job vacancy.
iii. Use the information only in connection with your own recruitment-related activities.
31.2 You may NOT:
i. Supply, sell or license material from the candidate database, or a copy of it, to any other person, including another member of your group of companies.
ii. Download the database through any automated (e.g. "scraping") process.
iii. Contact the individuals on the database or make or allow any use of the information about those individuals, other than for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for specific job vacancies. You must, at all times, comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all subsequent legislation and regulations.
31.3 You agree to delete all material taken from the candidate database upon its replacement with up-to-date material or the satisfactory conclusion of your search for a suitable candidate, whichever occurs first.
32. Dealings with candidates
You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals you may contact using information from the candidate database and not do anything which may bring this Website into disrepute. You will indemnify this Website from and against any claim brought by an individual against this Website arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.
33. Illegal Advertisements
Advertisements which appear to discriminate in any manner not permitted by applicable law may result in proceedings being taken against both the advertiser and the publisher. Advertisements are accepted by this Website on the basis that the advertiser confirms that any requirement or qualification which may appear to discriminate illegally is in compliance with the relevant legislation. Notwithstanding this confirmation, if we nonetheless believe that an advertisement may be discriminatory we may at our discretion either amend the advertisement or remove it from Website without liability to you to make any refund of amounts paid or due to be paid in respect of the posting or otherwise and will inform you accordingly.
34. Responses to advertisements
34.1 You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals who may respond to an advertisement you have posted and not do anything which may bring this Website into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claim brought by an individual against this Website arising from your breach of these terms and conditions.
34.2 We do not guarantee any response to your advertisement or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is your responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.

CVs and job advertisements contained on this Website are provided by candidates and by prospective employers and their agents and are not reviewed by us. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of CVs or advertisements and expect candidates and prospective employers to carry out such verification procedures as are customary and prudent in the circumstances.
35.2 Website services
Services and information provided on the Website by us and our third party suppliers are intended to assist in the job seeking or recruitment process. Neither we nor our third party suppliers can guarantee their suitability or prospects of success in any particular case. You should obtain independent verification before relying on information provided on the Website in circumstances which may result in loss or damage.
